Abstract<br />

Today we all know that the problems <strong>in</strong> human<br />

health are <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>g day by day. There are many<br />

reas<strong>on</strong>s beh<strong>in</strong>d this like <strong>in</strong>competence <strong>of</strong><br />

experienced doctors and new diseases. We give<br />

some soluti<strong>on</strong>s after d<strong>on</strong>e <strong>survey</strong> <strong>on</strong> problems <strong>in</strong><br />

heath department. If they follow these soluti<strong>on</strong>s<br />

they can provide best facilities to peoples and help<br />

them to cure from these diseases. It is very<br />

important for them to come to know about new<br />

human diseases like cancer, TB, HIV, sw<strong>in</strong>e flu<br />

etc. Accord<strong>in</strong>g to our <strong>survey</strong> we have shown us<strong>in</strong>g<br />

data m<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g that some new diseases like sw<strong>in</strong>e flu<br />

and HIV is <strong>in</strong>creas<strong>in</strong>g rapidly <strong>in</strong> these days. It also<br />

<strong>in</strong>cludes a <strong>survey</strong> questi<strong>on</strong>naire which takes all the<br />

factors <strong>in</strong> to count and before start<strong>in</strong>g actual<br />

<strong>survey</strong> a pilot study for this questi<strong>on</strong>naire was<br />

d<strong>on</strong>e, which c<strong>on</strong>firms its acceptance.<br />

Patients, Work Culture<br />

1. Introducti<strong>on</strong><br />

Enhancement becomes the basic need for<br />

<strong>Health</strong> <strong>Department</strong> Because Enhancement <strong>in</strong><br />

health system is soluti<strong>on</strong> for patients. It helps<br />

patients restore to health from diseases. It also<br />

helps <strong>in</strong> social welfare. The <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Department</strong><br />

like DMC Ludhiana, Dr. Balian Heart Centre<br />

Dhuri and PGI Chandigarh has already enhanced<br />

new technology but some medium level J<strong>in</strong>dal<br />

Heart Institute Bath<strong>in</strong>da, Raj<strong>in</strong>dera Hospital<br />

Patiala wants to implement it. For these <strong>Health</strong><br />

<strong>Department</strong> before implement<strong>in</strong>g New Technology<br />

a <strong>survey</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Problems</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Health</strong> <strong>Department</strong> is<br />

must. Here are some <strong>of</strong> the bare facts about the<br />

lives <strong>of</strong> our rural brethren:<br />

<br />

<br />

<br />

Villagers have no access to healthcare<br />

providers.<br />

10% <strong>of</strong> all babies die before their first<br />

birthday.<br />

50% <strong>of</strong> all babies are likely to be<br />

permanently stunted due to lack <strong>of</strong> proper<br />

nutriti<strong>on</strong>.<br />

2. Rise <strong>of</strong> Lifestyle diseases<br />

While rural India battles third world diseases<br />

like malaria and dengue, ris<strong>in</strong>g urbanisati<strong>on</strong> has<br />

led to the middle and upper classes be<strong>in</strong>g bothered<br />

with „developed world‟ lifestyle diseases like<br />

diabetes and fatness. A fast food culture, <strong>in</strong>creased<br />

smok<strong>in</strong>g and alcohol c<strong>on</strong>sumpti<strong>on</strong> has led to a rise<br />

<strong>in</strong> fatness related diseases like diabetes and<br />

cardiovascular ailments.<br />

3. Factor categories<br />

This questi<strong>on</strong>naire c<strong>on</strong>siders all the factors<br />

effect<strong>in</strong>g human health <strong>in</strong> every corner <strong>of</strong> the<br />

world and most probably all these factors are taken<br />

accord<strong>in</strong>g to their suitable priority. It <strong>in</strong>cludes<br />

major factors and all these factors are taken as<br />

questi<strong>on</strong>s which can be answered <strong>in</strong> five different<br />

ways (Str<strong>on</strong>gly Disagree, Disagree, Neutral,<br />

Agree, str<strong>on</strong>gly Agree) accord<strong>in</strong>g to which human<br />

diseases can be cured.<br />

4. Classifiers<br />

Accord<strong>in</strong>g to the factors <strong>in</strong> the <str<strong>on</strong>g>Questi<strong>on</strong>naire</str<strong>on</strong>g><br />

the resp<strong>on</strong>dents can be classified <strong>in</strong> broad five<br />

classifiers, these are follow<strong>in</strong>g.<br />

6. C<strong>on</strong>clusi<strong>on</strong>s<br />

After menti<strong>on</strong><strong>in</strong>g all data I can c<strong>on</strong>clude that<br />

there are many factors which put effect <strong>on</strong> human<br />

health problems but if the focus would be given<br />

<strong>on</strong> these problems we can completely get freedom<br />

from these diseases. if doctors give attenti<strong>on</strong>s <strong>on</strong><br />

above soluti<strong>on</strong>s I th<strong>in</strong>k they will be able to help<br />

human be<strong>in</strong>gs by escap<strong>in</strong>g from these diseases.<br />
