• Expected calendar year 2010 revenue of $170 million, EBITDA of<br />

$41 million and operating income of $31 million<br />

• Cus<strong>to</strong>mers include global integrated energy companies and oil<br />

and gas services companies – with parent company,<br />

<strong>Schlumberger</strong> Limited, representing about 20% of revenue<br />

• <strong>Global</strong> operations include 400 employees in more than 25<br />

countries, 12 globally deployed teleports, and headquartered in<br />

Aberdeen, Scotland<br />
