Courses and credits<br />
<strong>Visiting</strong> <strong>Students</strong> will have a full-time academic program and must complete 30 ECTS credits per semester. You may choose<br />
from the variety of courses which are offered, as long as the course schedules are not conflicting.<br />

Continuing your studies at <strong>IE</strong> University<br />
<strong>Visiting</strong> <strong>Students</strong> have the opportunity to apply for a transfer after having completed their program.
Admission Process<br />
The <strong>Visiting</strong> Student admission process is comprised of three phases:<br />
Phase I: <strong>Application</strong> (admission fee, documentation and admission test)<br />
Phase II: Personal Interview<br />
Phase III: Admissions Committee Decision<br />
During the <strong>Application</strong> stage, along with the <strong>Visiting</strong> Student <strong>Application</strong> <strong>Form</strong>, you must submit the following documents:<br />
- Academic transcript; Officially Certified<br />
- Curriculum Vitae/Résumé<br />
- Teacher Letter of Recommendation<br />
- Advisor/Dean Letter of Recommendation<br />
- Personal Documentation (Awards, Honors, etc)<br />
- Photocopy of your Passport<br />
- 2 Passport Sized Photos<br />
- €120 <strong>Application</strong> Fee<br />
The Admissions Department will arrange a date and time for the personal interview after the applicant has successfully passed<br />
the first application phase. The interview can be conducted at <strong>IE</strong> University´s campuses in Segovia or Madrid, at one of our<br />
international offices, or by telephone/Skype if you are not able to attend the interview in person.<br />
After Phases I and II have been successfully completed, the Admission Committee will make a decisión. You will be sent written<br />
notification approximately two weeks after the process has been completed.<br />
University Costs<br />
As a visiting student, the cost of credits and all other fees related to studying in our <strong>Visiting</strong> Student Program must be paid in<br />
full to <strong>IE</strong> University.<br />

€120 (non refundable)<br />
Place reservation: €1,500 (to be deducted from the total tuition fees; non refundable)<br />
1 semester: €9,000 tuition fees<br />
2 semesters: €18,000 tuition fees<br />
