Note:
Each vender can choose either Cisco or Juniper for the final bid for further evaluation. If
the proposed bidder has already quoted for the same components in the earlier
commercial bid, then it is should not quote again, only addendum bid (for materials not
quoted earlier) is allowed.
The bidder has to ensure that the proposed solution should be based on the above Bill of
material (Model no. such as Cisco 7206, SSG550 for category 1 location) should not be
deviated from our Bill of material. However any addition, deletion of the interface cards,
cables, accessories, etc from the above bill of material is allowed depending upon the
proposed solution by the bidder.
In addition to all the above, if the bidder decided to add any other additional component,
equipment, accessories and software which are required to complete the expected
delivery to IDRBT in future, it has to be supplied without any additional cost.
