The report of the Forty-fourth Session of the Codex Committee on Food Hygiene (CC<strong>FH</strong>) is attached. It will be<br />
considered by the Thirty-sixth Session of the Codex Alimentarius Commission, (Rome, Italy,<br />
1-5 July 2013).<br />
MATTERS FOR ADOPTION BY THE CODEX ALIMENTARIUS COMMISSION:<br />
Proposed Draft Standards and Related Texts at Steps 5/8 of the Procedure<br />
1. Proposed Draft Principles and Guidelines for the Establishment and Application of Microbiological<br />
Criteria (<strong>REP13</strong>/<strong>FH</strong> para. 56 and Appendix III); and<br />
2. Proposed Draft Annex on Berries to the Code of Hygienic Practice for Fresh Fruits and Vegetables<br />
(CAC/RCP 53-2003) (<strong>REP13</strong>/<strong>FH</strong> para. 118 and Appendix IV).<br />
Governments and interested international organizations are invited to comment on the above texts and should<br />
do so in writing, by e-mail to the Secretariat, Codex Alimentarius Commission, Joint <strong>FAO</strong>/<strong>WHO</strong> Food Standards<br />
