• Mobile network address “mx” is partially reachable from both MSR-α and MSR-β - thus we will send
packets via both MSR-α and MSR-β. This insures:
✔ Lower probability of packet loss (important if we must provide low latency and high reliability - such as is needed
for voice and some other services)
✘ increases traffic in both cells
