• Mobile network address “mx” is partially reachable from both MSR-α and MSR-β - thus we will send<br />

packets via both MSR-α and MSR-β. This insures:<br />

✔ Lower probability of packet loss (important if we must provide low latency and high reliability - such as is needed<br />

<strong>for</strong> voice and some other services)<br />

✘ increases traffic in both cells<br />
