The Group Membership Reduction is used when a node leaves group.<br />

Reports are always sent to the same group address that is reported.<br />

Maximum response delay is the time in milliseconds that the responding report<br />

messages can be delayed. Responding stations are supposed to spread their<br />

responses uni<strong>for</strong>mly over this range of delays (to prevent everyone from<br />

responding at once).<br />
