<strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD <strong>Event</strong> Overview:<br />

The <strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD kick<strong>of</strong>f is an annual one day event when youth leaders from across Oklahoma come together to learn,<br />

exchange ideas and rally together. This year the Oklahoma City Barons have partnered with <strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD to provide a fun<br />

evening <strong>of</strong> youth leadership training, team building exercises, a pr<strong>of</strong>essional hockey game and opportunities for unique<br />

fan experiences!<br />

When: Saturday November 2nd, <strong>2013</strong><br />

<strong>Event</strong> Agenda: 3:30 - 4:00pm: <strong>Registration</strong><br />

4:00 - 6:00pm: Youth Leadership Training<br />

6:00 - 7:00pm: Special Fan Experiences<br />

7:00 - 9:00pm: Hockey Game<br />

9:00 - 9:30pm: Meet at Fan Relations for <strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD Group Picture!<br />

Where: Cox Convention Center/Barons Arena<br />

1 Myriad Gardens (corner <strong>of</strong> W Reno Ave and S Robinson Ave)<br />

Oklahoma City, OK<br />

Enter the building through the South Entrance and proceed to the second floor<br />

registration table.<br />

Who Needs to Register:<br />

<strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD youth, adult allies and anyone else wanting to participate in the event.<br />

<strong>Registration</strong> Fee: $25<br />

$25 includes <strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD Leadership Training, Game Ticket and $5.00 Refreshment Coupon!<br />

<strong>Registration</strong>s MUST be received <strong>by</strong> Wednesday October 30, <strong>2013</strong><br />

Payments must be made <strong>by</strong> check, credit card or money order.<br />

All youth must have adult supervision on premises at all times.<br />

Walk-ins welcome but will have to purchase own ticket to attend the game, which will not include a $5 food voucher, and we cannot<br />

guarantee seating will be with the <strong>group</strong>.<br />

Fan Experiences:<br />

Everyone in attendance will get to walk on the ice and have a <strong>group</strong> picture taken with the Oklahoma City Barons<br />

following the game!<br />

The first 42 registered youth will have the opportunity to participate in one <strong>of</strong> the following events:<br />

Benchwarmers: The first 12 youth that register for the event will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to get on the ice<br />

and watch the Baron players warm up from the best view in the house, the players bench!<br />

Pre-Game High-5 Tunnel: The next 15 youth to register for the event get the lucky opportunity to cheer on the Barons with<br />

high fives as they leave the locker room to hit the ice!!!<br />

1 st intermission High-5 Tunnel: The next 15 youth to register for the event will have the opportunity to cheer on the Barons<br />

from the locker room to the ice with a line <strong>of</strong> high fives!<br />

Hotel Information: Contact hotel and mention the <strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD event for a discounted rate. Hotel-discounted rates<br />

are available for those opting to stay the night.<br />

<strong>2M2L</strong>/SADD and ODMHSAS will not reserve or assume responsibility for hotel rooms but have arranged discounted rates<br />

for participants:<br />
