2M2L/SADD Event Overview:
The 2M2L/SADD kickoff is an annual one day event when youth leaders from across Oklahoma come together to learn,
exchange ideas and rally together. This year the Oklahoma City Barons have partnered with 2M2L/SADD to provide a fun
evening of youth leadership training, team building exercises, a professional hockey game and opportunities for unique
fan experiences!
When: Saturday November 2nd, 2013
Event Agenda: 3:30 - 4:00pm: Registration
4:00 - 6:00pm: Youth Leadership Training
6:00 - 7:00pm: Special Fan Experiences
7:00 - 9:00pm: Hockey Game
9:00 - 9:30pm: Meet at Fan Relations for 2M2L/SADD Group Picture!
Where: Cox Convention Center/Barons Arena
1 Myriad Gardens (corner of W Reno Ave and S Robinson Ave)
Oklahoma City, OK
Enter the building through the South Entrance and proceed to the second floor
registration table.
Who Needs to Register:
2M2L/SADD youth, adult allies and anyone else wanting to participate in the event.
Registration Fee: $25
$25 includes 2M2L/SADD Leadership Training, Game Ticket and $5.00 Refreshment Coupon!
Registrations MUST be received by Wednesday October 30, 2013
Payments must be made by check, credit card or money order.
All youth must have adult supervision on premises at all times.
Walk-ins welcome but will have to purchase own ticket to attend the game, which will not include a $5 food voucher, and we cannot
guarantee seating will be with the group.
Fan Experiences:
Everyone in attendance will get to walk on the ice and have a group picture taken with the Oklahoma City Barons
following the game!
The first 42 registered youth will have the opportunity to participate in one of the following events:
Benchwarmers: The first 12 youth that register for the event will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to get on the ice
and watch the Baron players warm up from the best view in the house, the players bench!
Pre-Game High-5 Tunnel: The next 15 youth to register for the event get the lucky opportunity to cheer on the Barons with
high fives as they leave the locker room to hit the ice!!!
1 st intermission High-5 Tunnel: The next 15 youth to register for the event will have the opportunity to cheer on the Barons
from the locker room to the ice with a line of high fives!
Hotel Information: Contact hotel and mention the 2M2L/SADD event for a discounted rate. Hotel-discounted rates
are available for those opting to stay the night.
2M2L/SADD and ODMHSAS will not reserve or assume responsibility for hotel rooms but have arranged discounted rates
for participants:

o 1 ½ E Main (by the decorated Buffalo)
o Just east of train tracks off of Main Street - two blocks from Cox Center
