<strong>KSN</strong> oil pumps are designed for industrial oil<br />
burner systems up to <strong>2000</strong> l/h. The pumps<br />
are supplied as 2-pipe versions but can be<br />
changed to 1-pipe operation. They are available<br />
in 10 sizes. The actual pressure range can<br />
be changed to four alternatives.<br />

Function<br />
From the suction inlet (S) oil is drawn through<br />
the gear set, where the pressure is increased.<br />
By means of the piston (V) and the spring in<br />
the pressure regulator the pressure is kept<br />
constant at the value set on adjustment screw<br />
(P 1 ).<br />
Changeover between<br />
1 and 2-pipe operation<br />
Surplus oil is returned through the piston to<br />
the return outlet (R).<br />
Changeover to 1-pipe operation<br />
The <strong>KSN</strong> pumps can be changed to 1-pipe<br />
operation by removing the by-pass screw (A)<br />
in the regulator piston (V) and seal the return<br />
outlet with a plug.<br />
Bleeding<br />
Bleeding must be performed through the<br />
pressure outlet (P) or the pressure gauge port<br />
(P n ).<br />
