6.3 Change of Country
An ATC enrolled student must advise IATA of a change of country before the exam registration
deadline. The ATC must provide the student with written authorization to change country and
provide IATA with a copy of such authorization. The ATC must ensure that the student provides
his/her new contact information to IATA.
6.3.1 Change of Address Within the Same Country
ITDI will accept a change of address within the original country if the student forwards all necessary
information to ITDI (iatalearning@iata.org) concerning the change of address, including:

Full name
Booking ID
Previous address
New telephone number
E-mail address
There is no administrative fee to perform a change of the address in the same country.
6.3.2 Change of Address to a different country
ITDI will accept a change of the address to a different country for a student if the student forwards
all necessary information to ITDI (iatalearning@iata.org) concerning the change of address,
including:

Changes in country do not influence the enrolment period. The student's enrolment period will be
based on his/her initial enrolment and not on the date of the change of country.
If the student wishes to sit the upcoming examination in the new country, the request for a change
of country must be processed by the examination registration deadline.
6.4 Examination Format
Examination papers are prepared and marked by IATA. The questions are similar to those
contained in the training materials. Each examination is either open or closed course book,
according to each Authorized Program, and may include appropriate exhibits as necessary. For
