4.3.1. Situational assessment<br />

Once the stakeholders and their relationships are identified, each scenario needs to be<br />

evaluated. The project manager should define a ranking method and collect the data on an ongoing<br />

basis. The resulting tables (see fig. 12-14) will serve to set priorities and track progress.<br />
