4.3. Project tracking<br />

A <strong>BCBP</strong> project takes place at different locations at the same time and involves different<br />

stakeholders in each location. Project tracking is necessary to avoid conflicts between teams or<br />

customer service breakdowns for passengers. Examples illustrating project tracking are shown in<br />

the sections below.<br />
