Instructions and special requirements in order to become an IATA
Accredited Agent:
Application Form signed and stamped by authorized staff of the Agency
Copy of the Trade Registry Certificate and copy of the Fiscal Certificate
(minimum one year of establishment, Certificat de Inmatriculare or Certificat de
Atestare Fiscala – RO / Certificat de Inregistrare or Certificat de Inregistrare a
Subiectului Impunerii cu TVA – MD)
Copy of Ascertaining Certificate (Certificat Constatator - RO, Extras din
Registrul de Stat al Persoanelor Juridice - MD )
Copy of Travel Agency License (minimum one year old, not mandatory for
Moldova)
Copy of the Tourism Brevet and copy of the individual Labour Contract of the
brevet holder (not mandatory for Moldova)
Latest certified statutory accounts
Bank Guarantee - the liability will be set after receipt of the application form
Trustworthiness letter from the bank
Copy of the Surety Bond against bankruptcy (not applicable for Moldova)
Photos of the interior and exterior of the Travel Agency location
Sample of Travel Agency’s logo/letterhead
Letter of appointment or copy of the contract signed with the GDS
Applicant’s bank and accounts details (EUR&RON, only EUR for Moldova)
