The year 2007 marks the beginning <strong>of</strong> the new programming period 2007-2013. It will be<br />

a period <strong>of</strong> continuous challenges to accomplish the Lisbon Agenda, to even out regional<br />

differences <strong>and</strong> to increase competitiveness in Europe.<br />

How can we achieve this ? One <strong>of</strong> the means can be sharing our experience in the<br />

Transport<br />

When travelling to Bratislava you may use either the Bratislava Airport or the Vienna Airport (ca. 55 km<br />

from Bratislava).<br />

Transport to Bratislava<br />

Besides regular transport from both airports to the city <strong>of</strong> Bratislava, a special bus marked “EURADA”<br />

will be arranged (free <strong>of</strong> charge). It will depart on 27. Sept from Vienna airport at 15:00 <strong>and</strong> 20:00, the<br />

same bus will pick up participants from Bratislava airport at 16:30 <strong>and</strong> 21:30. The bus will bring<br />

participants to their hotels.<br />

Transport from Bratislava<br />

On 29. September 2006, after excursion, a special bus to Vienna Airport will be arranged (free <strong>of</strong><br />

charge). Departure at 14.00 <strong>and</strong> 17:00 from the Holiday Inn Hotel.<br />

Note:<br />

There is possibility to arrange special car/microbus for transport from/to Vienna <strong>and</strong> Bratislava airports.<br />

For prices <strong>and</strong> further details ask the arranging institution SATUR.<br />

City-sightseeing <strong>of</strong> Bratislava<br />

Guided tour (bus/walk) on 27. September 2006 starts at 18:00 from hotel Holiday Inn, duration ca 2<br />

hours.<br />

Excursion to Malacky<br />

Malacky is a small town some 30 km from Bratislava. It lies not far from border to Austria, so it has<br />

good opportunities for cross-border cooperation. A project from this area will be shown <strong>and</strong> presented.<br />
