Cord carpet is included. Please select your preferred colour above. If no colour is specified, grey will
be supplied.
No electrics are included unless pre-ordered above. Power is live 1hr before and 1hr after the event
opening hours only. 24hr power is available upon request.
No furniture is included unless ordered above. An extensive range of additional furniture is also
available and can be ordered using the Furniture & Carpet Order Form.

Optional Extras
Stand Cleaning
A range of shell scheme enhancements such as panel colours, shelving, storage rooms, display boards
etc are available. Please refer to the Shell Scheme Optional Extras Order Form.
A basic stand clean is included in the cost of your shell scheme for the first event day only. This clean
will be carried out before 0800 hrs on Wednesday 18 th September only. The clean includes vacuuming
of the floor surface and the emptying of waste paper bins only. The cleaning of exhibits, other
surfaces, and the removal of any other waste is not included. Quotations for additional cleaning
during the event and any other cleaning requirements can be requested via the cleaning contractor.

Payment for Services — Global Experience Specialists (GES) Ltd requires
payment in full at the time services are ordered.
Method of Payment — Global Experience Specialists (GES) Ltd accepts all
major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Purchase orders are not
considered payment.
We require your payment authorisation form to be on file even if you are
paying by cheque, Cash or bank transfer. However, you do not need to
complete card details unless you wish to pay by this method – simply tick the
payment method you wish to use. Please ensure you correctly enter your
