15:00 Discussion<br />

The discussion started with some general topics. We <strong>de</strong>ci<strong>de</strong>d to leave the scientific<br />

discussion and the <strong>de</strong>finition of no<strong>de</strong>s for after the tea break.<br />

EU gives extra credit for less favoured regions (such as, e.g., Spain, Greece or Portugal).<br />

As Spain is already a member of this RTN, it was pointed out that we may seek to inclu<strong>de</strong><br />

groups from Greece or Portugal. Richard has interest in including Maria Kontizas. We<br />

<strong>de</strong>ci<strong>de</strong>d not to force the issue, but to follow the normal collaborations.<br />
