of industrial applications is smoothly integrated into our modularly structured 

training systems – ensuring we meet the qualification levels requested by the 

industry exactly. 

Bosch Rexroth training systems 

Bosch Rexroth's training systems are based on standard 

components across the Bosch Rexroth product range. 

A training system consists of hardware, exercise and project 

manuals for trainers and trainees. By means of the 

training systems, inexperienced and experienced users 

gradually acquire practice-oriented and technical 

expert knowledge. 

Trainees will encounter the standard components incorporated 

in our training systems later in their professional 

careers, both in machines and systems.

DS3 

The DS3 is a movable device carrier offering two independent 

workplaces. For components that are not required, 

DS3 offers a hanging possibility below the actual workplace. 

The DS3 can be further equipped with a screen support 

arm, cable holder, an integrated power supply unit and an 

electronic bar. 

EcoCase 

Here, the storage system becomes the workplace. By opening 

the case, both outsides of bottom and cover can be 

used as working surface. 

EcoDesk 

EcoDesk offers two workplaces and requires a table as

Project exercises on electropneumatics according to BiBB 

The learning targets are adjusted to the topics proposed by the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training in 

Berlin (BiBB) and offer practical training in the different training levels of pneumatics. 

In the sense of technological further development in the control technology, the exercises have been extended and the 

exercise series has been amended with additional electropneumatic exercises and exercises on the design language for 

Grafcet sequence controls. The collection of tasks is amended by detailed information for the trainees and for the trainers. 

The layout is structured according to didactic aspects and explains the execution of the tests regarding the individual 

experiments step-by-step. The tests are carried out with the DS3 exercise stand. 


The manuals are adjusted to the proposed topics and offer 

practical training in the different training levels of electropneumatics. 

The collection of tasks is amended by selected
