Decommissioning technologies for nuclear facilities – 226 workers for 1 hour, 100 workers for 2 hours, 200<br />

workers for 3 hours, 105 workers for 4 hours, 19 workers for 5 hours, 11 workers for 6 hours, 40 workers for<br />

7 hours;<br />

Decommissioning management of nuclear facilities – 2 workers for 4 hours ;<br />

Materials management – 33 workers for 2 hours.<br />

At <strong>the</strong> moment this personnel is accomplishing decommissioning activities on Units 1-4 and <strong>the</strong> results of <strong>the</strong><br />

personnel’s activities show that <strong>the</strong>se courses for enhancement of <strong>the</strong> qualification are very useful.<br />

On-<strong>the</strong>-job training is a continuously practiced measure. There is a continuous process of enhancement of <strong>the</strong><br />

competencies and <strong>the</strong> qualification of <strong>the</strong> personnel, using IAEA training courses, forums organized by<br />

countries well ahead in <strong>the</strong> decommissioning etc.<br />

As a very useful may be noted <strong>the</strong> exchange of experience with German representatives from KKW Nord – NPP<br />

Greiswald.<br />

All <strong>the</strong> levels of <strong>the</strong> training passed are certified by <strong>the</strong> regula<strong>to</strong>ry bodies.<br />

The personnel adopted <strong>the</strong>ir new aims and <strong>the</strong> tasks for <strong>the</strong>ir completion.<br />

The tasks posed by <strong>the</strong> National Strategy for SF and RAW management are adopted, as well as <strong>the</strong> conditions<br />

and prescriptions in <strong>the</strong> new edited regula<strong>to</strong>ry documents.<br />

There are no conflicts and difficulties in <strong>the</strong> communication between workers and external<br />

contac<strong>to</strong>rs/consultants in SERAW.<br />
