Lithuania<br />
Cost estimation of <strong>the</strong> decommissioning at Ignalina is in detail described in Harrison 2012. The<br />
estimate is based on:<br />
The Final Decommissioning Plan;<br />
A simplified model of <strong>the</strong> project, but including all project stages and cost-relevant fac<strong>to</strong>rs;<br />
Greifswald data;<br />
2011 prices, 2029 macroeconomic adjustment and cost escalation of technical risks.<br />
Figure 42 shows <strong>the</strong> main results of <strong>the</strong> estimate by action type (upper part) and over <strong>the</strong> time<br />
periods (lower part).<br />

The results are well compatible with EWN analysis.<br />
According <strong>to</strong> Harrison 2012 this latest estimate differs only insignificantly from previous estimates.<br />
All in all, <strong>the</strong> recent cost estimate is state-of-<strong>the</strong>-art.<br />
Slovakia<br />
In 2006, at <strong>the</strong> beginning of <strong>the</strong> decommissioning project a long term costs analysis was developed. A<br />
more comprehensive cost analyses was later prepared and reviewed by external bodies. The<br />
Bohunice V1 NPP Decommissioning Cost Analysis that identified <strong>the</strong> costs needed was developed in<br />
2011 (Aid 2013). The analysis was based on <strong>the</strong> key documentation 'Conceptual decommissioning plan',<br />
