The permit application process in Slovakia is divided in<strong>to</strong> stages. The license for stage 1, as issued in<br />

2011, followed different stages of <strong>the</strong> operation license, as can be seen from Figure 40.<br />

As can already be seen <strong>the</strong> licensing stages in <strong>the</strong> operational phase were numerous and <strong>the</strong>ir<br />

duration was very limited in time. This also applies that <strong>the</strong> license for step 1: it is time-limited until<br />

31.12.2014, a duration of 3½ years. Figure 41 shows <strong>the</strong> time that was required <strong>to</strong> achieve <strong>the</strong> license.<br />
