AGREEMENT OF AUGUST 1, 2012 BETWEEN PRODUCER AND STUDIO TRANSPORTATION DRIVERS, LOCAL #399 OF THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS THIS AGREEMENT, executed as of August 1, 2012 between Studio Transportation Drivers, Local #399 of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), on the one hand, and the following companies, on the other hand: 10,000 Days, LLC 50/50 Productions, Inc.
