Upon a joint request by the IATSE and the Basic Crafts, the<br />
committee of the IATSE and Basic Crafts, not to exceed five (5)<br />
members, shall meet with the Executive Committee of the CSATF Board<br />
of Trustees to discuss CSATF quarterly activities statement and other<br />
matters related to CSATF that may arise. Such a meeting shall be held<br />
on an ad hoc basis.<br />
(d) All Industry Experience Rosters of those employees subject<br />
to CSATF are to be administered under CSATF.<br />
As a condition of placement on any Seniority Roster,<br />
employees shall be required to pass a physical examination by medical<br />
doctors designated by CSATF. In addition, employees shall be required<br />
to complete Course A of the Safety Pass Program before being placed on<br />
the Industry Experience Roster.<br />
(e) The Producers will establish a procedure whereby any<br />
interested party may contact CSATF to obtain information relative to the<br />
past employment of an individual on a specific motion picture. In<br />
response to such an inquiry, CSATF will make a good faith effort to<br />
contact the involved Producer and secure such information on behalf of<br />
the interested party. The Producer, on its part, will make a good faith<br />
effort to respond to such inquiries by CSATF.<br />
The provisions of this Article are made expressly for the<br />
benefit of CSATF.<br />
ARTICLE 19.<br />
Technological Change<br />
(a)<br />
Definition of Technological Change<br />
As used herein, the term “technological change” means the<br />
introduction of any new or modified devices or equipment for the<br />
purpose of performing any work by employees covered by this<br />
<strong>Agreement</strong> which directly results in a change in the number of<br />
employees employed under this <strong>Agreement</strong> or which results, with<br />
respect to the performance of work in any classification hereunder, in<br />
materially changing the job description thereof, if any, provided herein,<br />
or in requiring substantially different training, qualification or skills<br />
therefor.<br />

Producer’s Right to Institute Technological Changes<br />
The parties hereto agree that Producer has the unrestricted<br />
right to make technological changes and that such right shall not be<br />
