esolution. The Producer’s representation on the Committee shall<br />

consist of the AMPTP and the Producer involved in the complaint.<br />

Upon agreement by the AMPTP, the Producer involved and the IATSE<br />

or the Basic Crafts, the decision of the Committee shall be final and<br />

binding on the Producer involved, the IATSE or the Basic Crafts. If no<br />

resolution is reached by the Committee, the IATSE or the Basic Crafts<br />

shall have the right to submit the dispute to a final and binding regular<br />

arbitration procedure as set forth in Article 7(b) of this <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />

ARTICLE 17.<br />

Charitable Contributions<br />

Deductions made by Producer from the employee’s pay check for<br />

charitable institutions shall be paid by Producer to such institutions<br />

within two (2) weeks after such deductions are made from the pay check.<br />

The Basic Crafts shall give the Producer notice of any such failure to<br />

pay the institution and if the Producer fails to make such required<br />

payment within seven (7) days after such notice, such failure shall be<br />

deemed to be a breach of this <strong>Agreement</strong> by such delinquent Producer.<br />

As to those Producers who, by prior arrangement with the<br />

respective institution or institutions, make such payments on a quarterly<br />

or other basis, then such above-mentioned two (2) week period shall be<br />

extended to the quarterly or other time basis as so arranged.<br />

ARTICLE 18.<br />

Contract Services Administration Trust Fund<br />

(a) Producer shall pay to the Industry Pension Plan through its<br />

Administrator, as agent for transmittal to the Contract Services<br />

Administration Trust Fund (“CSATF”), for the period commencing<br />

August 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2015, twenty-six cents ($.26)<br />

per hour for each hour worked by or guaranteed an employee by such<br />

Producer on or after August 1, 2012 for employees who are subject to<br />

the Retired Employees Fund (on the same weekly and daily formula as<br />

the contributions paid under the Retired Employees Fund); provided,<br />

however, that in place and stead of the above cents per hour payments,<br />

such payments with respect to employees of laboratories shall be at the<br />

rate of three-quarters of one cent (3/4¢) per hour for the period<br />

commencing August 1, 2012 to and including July 31, 2015.<br />

The Producers have established CSATF for the purpose of<br />

providing a Fund to be used for the administration of apprenticeship and<br />

other training programs within the motion picture industry; maintenance<br />

of appropriately classified and delineated seniority rosters within the<br />

motion picture industry; administration of safety programs and studies<br />
