(a) Traveler <strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> employees shall be offered the same lodging rates as<br />

negotiated for the other employees of the Producer; and<br />

(b) Traveler <strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> employees shall, in the event of layoff or termination,<br />

be provided transportation back to the studio, if necessary.<br />

This subparagraph (2) shall also be applicable to: (i) 5-ton trucks with air brakes<br />

used on "off production" and (ii) empty maxi-vans which require a Class 2 (B) license.<br />

(3) The terms and conditions ofthe Traveler <strong>Agreement</strong> between the Producer and<br />

<strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> shall be reduced to writing. The written instrument shall specify the number of<br />

Traveler employees and the vehicles designated as Traveler equipment. Ifthe Producer violates<br />

the written <strong>Agreement</strong>, the Traveler employees shall be entitled to the benefits contained in<br />

Paragraphs 35 and 62 ofthe Basic <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />
