of such citation was unavoidable.<br />

VII. DEFINITIONS, DUTIES AND DIVISIONS OF WORK<br />

75. Chauffeurs and Truck Drivers: Driving and operating of all<br />

rolling stock in the service of the studios, including trucks, tractors, cars,<br />

buses, trams, carriers and other conveyances used for transportation or to<br />

be photographed, propelled by internal combustion motors or by<br />

electrically driven motors.<br />

When directed by the Producer, employees hereunder shall be<br />

required to load, unload and deliver or help with same and to fuel, wash<br />

and polish vehicles.<br />

The parties have resolved golf cart issues studio by studio pursuant<br />

to side letters or past practice. During the 2012 negotiations, the parties<br />

agreed to address issues relating to the use of golf carts at studio<br />

facilities on a studio-by-studio basis during the term of this <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />

76. Automotive Service Employees (other than Mechanics): Except<br />

when historically and customarily performed by other employees, and if<br />

assigned to an employee of Producer, the following work shall be<br />

performed by an Automotive Service Employee: Greasing, polishing,<br />

changing tires, washing, cleaning, detailing, fueling and performing<br />

work necessary to keep equipment in condition, including minor<br />

mechanical repairs.<br />

76.1 Mechanics: Except when historically and customarily performed<br />

by other employees and if assigned to an employee of the Producer, the<br />

following work shall be performed by a Mechanic: maintenance, repairs<br />

and/or modifications on vehicles assigned to fleet or production use to<br />

include body repairs and painting thereof; repairing of internal<br />

combustion engines and servicing of equipment.<br />

77. Dispatchers: Dispatching of calls for the Transportation<br />

Department to employees covered hereunder. Assigns motor vehicles<br />

and drivers for the conveyance of freight or passengers. Performs other<br />

related duties as assigned by supervisor. A dispatcher may perform<br />

driving work as long as more than one dispatcher is concurrently<br />

employed and such dispatcher otherwise performs duties under this<br />

Paragraph for four (4) consecutive straight time hours.<br />

78. Wranglers: Individuals employed in connection with the handling<br />

and feeding of barnyard animals and barnyard fowl, horses, mules and<br />
