64. Reporting of Accidents<br />

The nature and place of hospitalization of all accident cases<br />

requiring hospitalization shall be reported to the Union as soon as<br />

practicable after the accident.<br />

65. Employees in the Armed Services<br />

Recognizing the moral and legal responsibility to the employees<br />

subject to this <strong>Agreement</strong> who have entered into the Armed Services, the<br />

Producer and the Union agree that they have a joint responsibility<br />

(subject to the then-existing statutes) in the reinstatement of such<br />

employees to the jobs such employees held prior to their entry into the<br />

Armed Services.<br />

Producers and the Union agree that employees temporarily holding<br />

such jobs will be displaced by such returning employees.<br />

66. Vacations<br />

Vacations with pay will be allowed as follows (not applicable to<br />

#3571 Trainers and #3575 Wild Animal Trainers. Such vacation rates<br />

shall be not less than the rate applicable to #3573 Trainer - Schedule A;<br />

not applicable to overscale Dog Trainers or Wild Animal Trainers. Such<br />

persons shall negotiate their own rates of vacation pay directly with the<br />

Producer):<br />

Daily Schedule Employees<br />

(1) Vacation pay for a person employed solely under a<br />

Daily Schedule shall be computed at the rate of four percent (4%) of<br />

total annual earnings for those hours worked at straight time, including<br />

hours worked on night rates and night premiums at straight time and<br />

hours paid as vacation time, during the employee’s personal income tax<br />

reporting year.<br />
