suspended from work by such Producer shall not be eligible to accept<br />
work with another Producer while on suspension.<br />
It is understood that the above provisions with respect<br />
to the Producer’s utilization of the dispatching facilities of the Union<br />
apply only to the filling of such “extra” calls for the respective<br />
groupings from available, qualified persons from the appropriate<br />
Industry Experience Group Roster, Groups 1, 2 or 3, as the case may be;<br />
that such provisions do not apply in the event Producer does not meet its<br />
employment needs in such classification groupings from among the<br />
available, qualified persons in the appropriate Industry Experience<br />
Groups and Producer is required to employ persons from other sources,<br />
in which event the recruiting of such new employees shall only be done<br />
by Producer directly. The parties hereto shall post in places where<br />
notices to employees and applicants for employment are customarily<br />
posted all the provisions of this Paragraph 62.<br />
All drivers must provide copies of their driver’s<br />
licenses to CSATF within ten (10) days after renewal. Any employee<br />
who fails to provide copies of a renewed license, which the employee is<br />
required to maintain to be or remain in a particular group of the Industry<br />
Experience Roster, will not be eligible for dispatch as a member of that<br />
Industry Group.<br />
(7) Layoffs: In the event of layoffs in each such respective<br />
related job classifications grouping, the Producer shall lay off employees<br />
who are from such related job classification grouping in the inverse<br />
order of Industry Groups, as follows: First, all such non-Industry Group<br />
employees shall be laid off; then, next, such employees who are in<br />
Industry Group 3; then, next, such employees who are in Industry Group<br />
2; then, next, such employees who are in Industry Group 1. The above<br />
layoff provisions, with respect to Weekly Schedule employees, shall be<br />
effective as of the completion of such employees’ current assignment.<br />
Employees on distant location may be retained out of Seniority or<br />
Industry Group status until the return of the company to the studio. “On<br />
production” employees shall not be bumped off an assignment by<br />
employees laid off from other productions or “off-production”<br />
employees of the Producer by reason of the operation of the seniority<br />
provisions. Layoffs for “Off Production” employees are subject to<br />
Paragraph 13 herein.<br />
(8) Dog Trainers and Handlers, Wild Animal Trainers and<br />
Handlers: An availability list shall be established for trainers and<br />
handlers (Occupation Codes #3575, #3576, #3592 and #3593). In order<br />
to qualify for said availability list, the employee must have worked in<br />
