highest-ranking seniority group; and (ii) that any such transfer shall<br />
remain in effect for a period of at least twelve (12) consecutive months.<br />
If such an employee in Industry Group 1 or 2 requests and receives such<br />
a transfer more than once in any period of twelve (12) consecutive<br />
months, he/she shall revert to Industry Group 3 as of the date of such<br />
transfer.<br />
Notwithstanding the foregoing, any wrangler with<br />
appropriate license and alcohol and controlled substance testing<br />
qualifications shall be allowed to seek work in the driver classification<br />
(consistent with his group status as a wrangler). Such individuals may<br />
be listed on the Industry Experience Roster in both the driver and the<br />
wrangler classifications.<br />
The Producers agree to review with CSATF the<br />
conditions under which an employee on the roster in another<br />
classification may be transferred to the wrangler classification.<br />
(3) Non-Status only: An employee who has not attained<br />
and maintained plant seniority for a period of at least three (3)<br />
consecutive years or more, and who has not been registered in the<br />
Industry Experience Roster for a period of at least three (3) consecutive<br />
years or more, may be transferred between any of the above-related job<br />
classification groups, provided his/her seniority group status in such new<br />
related job classification shall be based on the date of such transfer, and<br />
provided any such transfer remains in effect for a period of at least<br />
twelve (12) consecutive months. If such an employee in Industry Group<br />
1 or 2 requests and receives such a transfer more than once in any period<br />
of twelve (12) consecutive months, he/she shall revert to Industry Group<br />
3, as of the date of such transfer.<br />
If an employee requests a transfer between any of the<br />
above-related job classification groups under the provisions of (1), (2) or<br />
(3) above, such person shall have his/her work record reviewed by the<br />
Producer. Upon such review, if the Producer finds that any such person<br />
possesses sufficient skill and ability to meet the employment<br />
requirements of the Industry in the above-related job classification group<br />
to which such transfer is requested, the name of such person shall be<br />
placed in the Industry Experience Roster, as the case may be, under (1),<br />
(2) or (3) above. If such person does not, in the opinion of the Producer,<br />
have the required skill and ability, such transfer shall be denied.<br />

Calls, Layoff and Recalls<br />
Seniority and preference of employment shall prevail in<br />
layoffs, calls and recalls to work (subject to the provisions of Paragraph<br />
