experience which was the basis for applicant’s eligibility (herein referred<br />
to as Roster date), subject to both of the following conditions:<br />
Any person added to the Roster as a driver must: (1) possess<br />
a valid Class A California Driver’s License at the time of<br />
application, and (2) satisfactorily pass a prescribed physical<br />
examination administered by medical doctors designated by<br />
CSATF.<br />
Persons in Industry Group 3 who possess a Class A license<br />
shall be transferred to Industry Group 2 after two (2) years on the<br />
Industry Experience Roster.<br />
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Paragraph<br />
62, a person employed as a “hyphenate” driver/craftsperson (Occ. Code<br />
No. 3513) or as a cook/driver (Occ. Code No. 3512) shall not be<br />
required to possess a valid California Class A or Class B driver’s license<br />
to be placed or to remain on the <strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> Industry Experience Roster.<br />
Any such person who has satisfied the work experience requirement for<br />
roster placement may be placed in Industry Group 3 of the <strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong><br />
Industry Experience Roster. However, such person may not be<br />
transferred to Industry Group 2 until he/she has obtained a valid<br />
California Class A license.<br />
(c)<br />
Transfers between Job Classification Groups<br />
(1) Studio Seniority only: An employee who has attained<br />
and maintained plant seniority for a period of at least three (3)<br />
consecutive years or more and has been registered in the Industry<br />
Experience Roster for a period of at least three (3) consecutive years or<br />
more may be transferred between any of the above-related job<br />
classification groups without loss of Seniority, provided any such<br />
transfer remains in effect for a period of at least twelve (12) consecutive<br />
months. If an employee requests and receives such a transfer more than<br />
once in any period of twelve (12) consecutive months, he/she shall revert<br />
to the status of a new employee with respect to plant seniority.<br />
(2) Industry Experience only: An employee who has not<br />
attained and maintained Studio Seniority for a period of at least three (3)<br />
consecutive years or more and who has been registered in the Industry<br />
Experience Roster for a period of at least three (3) consecutive years or<br />
more may be transferred between any of the related job classification<br />
groups; provided: (i) that his/her seniority group status in the new job<br />
classification shall be based upon his/her initial date of placement on the<br />
Industry Experience Roster, unless a slot is not available in such<br />
seniority group, in which case such employee shall be placed in the next<br />
