Seniority Roster, whichever is earlier. Once a Dispatcher has made such<br />

an election, he/she shall thereupon be removed from such Dispatcher<br />

Roster. Thereafter, he/she shall be transferred back to the Dispatcher<br />

Roster only upon the following condition: When such employee has<br />

completed one hundred fifty (150) days of work, all after the date of<br />

such election, referred to above, in the Dispatcher classification, within a<br />

twelve (12) consecutive month period, he/she shall be removed from<br />

such Driver Roster and transferred back to such Dispatcher Roster as of<br />

the month and calendar year in which he completed such one hundred<br />

fifty (150) days of work.<br />

Likewise, any person transferred to the Dispatcher<br />

Seniority Roster as of a date subsequent to November 30, 1982 in<br />

accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (c)(1) herein shall be<br />

transferred to such Dispatcher grouping Seniority Roster as of the month<br />

and calendar year in which he/she completes the one hundred fifty (150)<br />

days of work in the Dispatcher classification, as herein required.<br />

(ii) A Dispatcher on the Dispatcher Studio Seniority<br />

Roster who is “laid off” by Producer as a Dispatcher under these<br />

seniority provisions, or demoted by Producer, shall in such event be<br />

considered to also have studio seniority in the Driver grouping (#3501<br />

through #3525) for purposes of employment in such grouping as of the<br />

seniority year that either (1) he/she has, if any, on the Driver Seniority<br />

Roster, as of the date he/she was transferred to such Dispatcher Roster or<br />

(2) he/she has on the Dispatcher Seniority Roster, whichever year is the<br />

earlier.<br />

The use of “preferred lists” with independent<br />

Producers terminated as of October 31, 1988.<br />

(b)<br />

Maintenance of Industry Experience Roster<br />

Under prior collective bargaining agreements, signatory<br />

Producers have established an Industry Experience Roster, which will be<br />

maintained under this <strong>Agreement</strong>, composed of the names of employees<br />

subject to this <strong>Agreement</strong> who were included on said roster as of the<br />

signing of this <strong>Agreement</strong> and employees who thereafter satisfactorily<br />

fulfill all of the eligibility provisions set forth below, including the<br />

actual performance of services hereunder in one or more of the job<br />

classifications covered by this <strong>Agreement</strong> in the production of motion<br />

pictures in the motion picture production industry in Los Angeles<br />

County or who have been hired hereunder in said county and performed<br />

such services outside said county. The physical maintenance of said<br />

roster shall be under the supervision of the Contract Services<br />

Administration Trust Fund.<br />
