adius of the production office. Should the Producer desire to establish<br />
additional “zone locations” within the thirteen (13) western states, the<br />
Producer shall request same of the Union, identifying the location of the<br />
proposed production office. The Union shall not unreasonably deny the<br />
request. It is understood that local hires who report to work within said<br />
zone shall be subject to “studio” conditions, as reflected in this<br />
<strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />
The foregoing shall not affect the Producer’s rights with<br />
respect to the Los Angeles Studio Zone.<br />
(h) Individuals referred to above shall not be employed at terms<br />
and conditions less favorable than those contained herein, except as<br />
otherwise permitted in subparagraph (g) above.<br />
(i) Any alleged breach of this provision shall be subject to the<br />
grievance procedure in Article 7.<br />
(j) Producers will not pay automobile allowances for driving<br />
work historically and customarily performed by persons covered by the<br />
collective bargaining agreement between the Producers and <strong>Teamsters</strong>,<br />
<strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> and violations of this provision shall be subject to the<br />
grievance and arbitration procedure.<br />
60. Employee Photographed<br />
When any employee subject to the terms of this <strong>Agreement</strong> is<br />
photographed in front of a motion picture camera, he shall be employed<br />
under the appropriate terms of the Actors’ or Extras’ <strong>Agreement</strong>. When<br />
any employee is employed to render additional services other than actor<br />
or extra work (under the terms of this <strong>Agreement</strong>), he shall also be paid<br />
according to the provisions of such <strong>Agreement</strong>.<br />
61. Foremen and Supervisory Employees<br />
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution and<br />
By-laws of the International Brotherhood of <strong>Teamsters</strong> or of STDU,<br />
<strong>Local</strong> #<strong>399</strong> or in the obligation taken by any person upon becoming a<br />
member of the International Brotherhood of <strong>Teamsters</strong> and/or any such<br />
<strong>Local</strong> Union, or otherwise, which directly, indirectly or impliedly places<br />
upon a foreman (or any person who is a supervisory employee within the<br />
meaning of that term as set forth in the Labor Management Relations Act<br />
of 1947, as amended) the duty or obligation to accord an unlawful<br />
employment preference to members of the International Brotherhood of<br />
<strong>Teamsters</strong> and/or the <strong>Local</strong> Union, such foreman or supervisory<br />
employee shall not give or recommend any unlawful employment<br />
