(d) The day of departure and the day of return shall be<br />

considered distant location days.<br />

(e) Seventh Day Worked in an Employee’s Workweek on<br />

Distant Location<br />

All employees are paid at their scheduled Regular Basic<br />

Hourly Rates. Minimum call: eight (8) hours. All computations are<br />

separate and apart from regular workdays.<br />

Daily Employees<br />

Seventh Day Worked in the<br />

Employee’s Workweek<br />

Double time, separate and<br />

apart.<br />

(f) “On Call” Employees’ Pay Provisions for the Sixth and<br />

Seventh Day in an Employee’s Workweek on Distant Location and<br />

Partial Workweeks<br />

Notwithstanding any other provision of this <strong>Agreement</strong>, the<br />

following shall apply to employees hired under the “On Call” schedule<br />

with respect to employment on the sixth or seventh day in an employee’s<br />

workweek on distant location, whether work is performed or not:<br />

Sixth or Seventh Day in an “On Call” Employee’s Workweek<br />

Unless agreed to otherwise by the employee and the<br />

Producer, with respect to such sixth or seventh day in an “on call”<br />

employee’s workweek on distant location, if the employee is on distant<br />

location for six (6) days in the week, including such a sixth day in an<br />

employee’s workweek, and is not required to work on such sixth day, he<br />

will receive an allowance equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the scheduled<br />

studio minimum “on call” rate, plus pension and health contributions for<br />

seven (7) hours. If the employee is on distant location for seven (7) days<br />

in such workweek, and is not required to work on such seventh day, he<br />

will receive an allowance equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the scheduled<br />

studio weekly minimum “On Call” rate, plus pension and health<br />

contributions for eight (8) hours for the seventh day not worked.<br />

If work is actually performed on the sixth day in an<br />

employee’s workweek in such a distant location week at the direction of<br />

the Producer, then for such sixth day when work is performed by such<br />

employee, the employee shall be paid an additional amount equal to onesixth<br />

(1/6) of the scheduled studio minimum “on call” salary in effect. If<br />

work is actually performed on the seventh day in an employee’s<br />
