A subcommittee shall be created for the purpose of<br />

establishing an exclusive procedure for resolving late payment claims, in<br />

lieu of processing such claims under the Labor Code.<br />

(b) Work time shall be computed from time ordered to report at<br />

department headquarters until dismissed at department headquarters.<br />

periods, rate changes and penalties, if any, shall be shown on his time<br />

card. Any items changed after time card is approved must be reviewed<br />

(e) Employees hired under the “On Call” schedule shall be paid<br />

for work on recognized holidays, and for sixth and seventh days worked<br />

in an employee’s workweek not later than the second Thursday<br />

following the payroll week in which such days are worked.<br />

(f) If, due to the fault of the Producer, an employee does not<br />

receive wages or salary on a timely basis, the Producer shall, within<br />

three (3) days after being so notified by the employee, issue a check in<br />

payment of same to the employee.<br />

(g) The Producer agrees to use its best efforts to break down<br />

overtime payments on the employee’s pay check stub and to show<br />

amounts paid as meal penalties.<br />

18. Meal Periods and Meals<br />

Meal period provisions below apply to both “On Production” and<br />

“Off Production” employees.<br />

(a) Meal periods shall be not less than one-half (½) hour nor<br />

more than one (1) hour in length. Not more than one meal period shall<br />

be deducted from work time for an employee during the minimum call.<br />

A second meal period may be deducted from work time for those<br />

employees who work in excess of the minimum call. The minimum<br />

guarantee of work time after an evening meal shall be one and one-half<br />

(1½) hours. This guarantee does not apply when such meal is supplied<br />

at the Producer’s expense.<br />
