9. Call-backs<br />

Intervening time of less than four (4) hours between dismissal and<br />

call-back for work shall be work time; intervening time of four (4) or<br />

more hours shall not be work time. When intervening time is less than<br />

four (4) hours, such time may be applied as part of the “call-back”<br />

guarantee.<br />

*The above “call-back” guarantees for the sixth or seventh day<br />

worked in an employee’s workweek or holiday do not apply when<br />

employee reports to work on such days within eight (8) hours of time<br />

dismissed from work starting on the previous day. In such event, the<br />

“call-back” guarantee is the minimum call in hours as scheduled in<br />

Paragraph 1.<br />

10. Golden Hour Provisions<br />

(a) All time worked at a studio zone location or nearby location<br />

or distant location, including a combination of work in the same shift of<br />

work between a studio and any of such locations, in excess of fourteen<br />

(14) consecutive hours (including meal periods) from the time of<br />

reporting for work shall be Golden Hours and shall be paid for at the<br />

following rates:<br />

Occurring on any day other than a studio holiday or the sixth<br />

or seventh day worked in an employee’s studio workweek: Two and<br />

one-half (2½) times the scheduled Regular Basic Hourly Rate.<br />

Occurring on the sixth day worked in an employee’s studio<br />

workweek: Three and three-fourths (3¾) times the scheduled Regular<br />

Basic Hourly Rate.<br />

Occurring on the seventh day worked in an employee’s<br />

workweek or holiday: Five (5) times the scheduled Regular Basic<br />

Hourly Rate.<br />
