been paid in advance. However, the provisions of this<br />
Section shall not prohibit <strong>Local</strong> Unions representing<br />
members employed within the airline, construction,<br />
motion picture, and food processing industries, and such<br />
other industries as determined by the General Executive<br />
Board, from entering into administrative agreements,<br />
subject to the approval of the General Executive Board,<br />
that recognize the problems of transferring members<br />
between the affected <strong>Local</strong> Unions in those industries.<br />
(e). A maximum charge of fifty cents (50¢) may be<br />
made for each transfer card issued. Salaried officers and<br />
employees of the International Union and subordinate<br />
bodies shall not be required to transfer from their respective<br />
<strong>Local</strong> Unions while employed by the International<br />
Union or the subordinate body.<br />

We recommend him to the friendship and protection<br />
of all members of the International Brotherhood of<br />
<strong>Teamsters</strong>, wherever he may be, and to free admission,<br />
provided he has been a member not less than six (6)<br />
months in the <strong>Local</strong> Union from which he transfers; otherwise<br />
he shall pay the difference in the initiation fee to<br />
the <strong>Local</strong> Union to which he transfers.<br />
