Password Reset Questions and Security Code.<br />

h. The Customer must keep the Customer Password secret and secure at all times and<br />

exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent unauthorised use of the Customer<br />

Username, Password, Password Reset Questions, Security Device and Security Code.<br />

At no time and under no circumstances shall the Customer permit the Security Device to<br />

come into the possession or control of any other person(s).<br />

i. Once the Customer has logged on to the service, the Customer must not leave the<br />

terminal or other device from which the Customer has accessed the service at any time<br />

or let anyone else use it until the Customer has logged off the service using the log off<br />

option. The Customer will be responsible for ensuring that the Customer have logged off<br />

the service at the end of each session.<br />

j. The Customer must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to the Services<br />

or any unauthorised transaction or instruction that the Customer know of or suspect or<br />

if the Customer suspects someone else knows the Customer Username, Password,<br />

Password Reset Questions, Security Code or has unauthorised possession, control or<br />

use of the Security Device. The Customer may do so in person or by calling the telephone<br />

number(s) listed on the website. The Bank may ask the Customer to confirm in writing<br />

any details given. The Customer must also change the Customer Password immediately<br />

to a number or combination that the Customer has not used before. Until the actual<br />

receipt of such notification, the Customer shall remain responsible for any and all use<br />

of the Services by unauthorised persons or for unauthorised purposes. The Bank will<br />

require the Customer to help the police and the Bank in trying to recover any losses. The<br />

Bank may disclose information about the Customer, or their Account(s) to the police or<br />

other third parties if the Bank believes it will help prevent or recover losses.<br />

k. The Bank may have to ask the Customer for the Customer Username Internet Banking<br />

ID, but not the Customer Password, in order to provide maintenance services to the<br />

Customer. If the Customer supplies the Bank with the Customer Username Internet<br />

Banking ID, the Bank will keep it secure. NEVER REVEAL THE PASSWORD TO ANYONE,<br />

not even an employee of the Bank.<br />

l. The Customer agrees to be responsible for the performance and protection of any<br />

browser or Personal Computer used in connection with the service.<br />

m. The Customer agrees to check carefully their records of transactions and Statements of<br />

Accounts and to inform the Bank immediately of any discrepancy.<br />

3. Instructions relating to the services<br />

a. The Customer requests and authorises the Bank to (a) rely and act upon all valid<br />

Instructions authorised by the Customer, even if they may conflict with another mandate<br />

given at any time concerning the Customer’s Accounts and (b) debit the Customer<br />

Accounts with any amount the Bank has paid or incurred with any Instructions.<br />

b. An Instruction will be considered as authenticated and accepted by the Bank if it has been<br />

effected through the services using an appropriate Username, Password, Password<br />

Reset Questions and/or Security Code, and any other additional verification imposed by<br />

us, if applicable.<br />

c. When the Customer sends Instructions in connection with the Services using the<br />
