toll fee AND their additional "ticketed" fee in the mail and can you then imagine what they will do with it? What an

There are way too many students who commute to ODU, NSU, and TCC who don't need to pay a toll just to get to
their classes everyday. Money for gas and the traffic is bad enough. A toll should not be placed to fund for better
