leading through the tunnels; now we're being asked to pay for those roads again at inflated prices over the next 58

Roanokeâ€s, Richmondâ€s, and Northern Virginiaâ€s roads, all while receiving 20 percent less road funding per
capita than, for example, Richmond. Weâ€re actually owed the entire amount it would cost to build another

I am signing this petition because I am a sinlge mother who is working full‐time and is in school. As a tax payer I feel
that this is another way to take money away from me and my son. The food in the grocery stores are going up and
gas prices are going up. I can not afford everything on my own. I am currently working downtown Norfolk at
Macarthur Mall so I have to go through these tunnels everyday and pay for parking which is already high. So taking
