These tolls are going to financially ruin this area. Portsmouth is going to take the brunt of the adverse economic
consequences of these tolls. But, you get what you vote for. In order to reinstate some common sense in our
General Assembly, don't vote for those who don't know how to compromise and who refuse to be courageous. Most
of the citizens of southside Hampton Roads have indicated that they are not adverse to a small increase in the gas

(concrete jungle with no tolls). If you place tolls, then, tourist and locals will be adversely affected by this high cost of
