I'm more worried about the ten's of thousounds of retired military personnel on fixed income that have to drive to our hospital every day or week for treatments. If congress cuts Medicare again, more personnel will have to be seen at the VA and Military hosp. nationwide. As I stated, many are on fixed incomes and having a toll with a 3% raise each year for 5 to 6 years, no one can afford that. Our military members are already on tight budgets as it is along with everyone else 3/12/2012 that has to utilize the Portsmouth tunnel.
