The cost of the tunnels, like the roads, sewers, schools, and all other forms of infrastructure should be a shared
burden by all taxpayers. The logic that says that people who don't use the tunnels shouldn't have to pay for them is
nonsense. By that logic, since I do not have children why should i pay taxes that pay for schools. This seems to be a
thinly veiled means of creating an additional revenue stream that directly and very negatively impacts a select group

I am very concerned over the impact of theset tolls on travel times between the southside and the Peninsula. I
believe tolls will adversely impact our fragile economy my making it more difficult for consumers to travel among the
various cities in this area. If absolutely necessary, I would prefer a gas tax which would raise the needed money for
