socijalnoj odgovornosti i partnerstvu, tj. da se proizvodnja podredi potrebi
da se stvori jedna nova globalna ekonomija koja će biti svjesna da je njena
uloga stvaranje takvih uvjeta proizvodnje koji će biti etički i ekološki održivi
kao preduvjet daljnjeg bioetički opravdanog razvoja društva i čovječanstva
uopće. To će ujedno dovesti do onoga čemu bi čitav svijet trebao
stremiti; naime, globalnom, realno demokratiziranom građanskom društvu
koje je svjesno posljedica neracionalnog trošenja resursa, ali potrebe za
stvaranjem uvjeta za opstanak vrste, tj. da bioetička svijest bude svijest
koja će određivati svakog čovjeka! Do ovakve će se ekonomije moći doći
samo ako će svako upravljanje biti određivano bioetičkom sviješću.
THROUGH INTEGRATIVITY OF (BIO)ETHICS
TOWARDS A NEW ECONOMY
In order to achieve the demanded (bio)ethicization of economy and
life, those who manage must have a value system axiology which will be
(bioethically) undeniable. This means that the generally demanded ethical
values in managing must also become, at the same time, a norm of behaviour
and work of every manager. If this happens to be realised, the change
of current policies of economies will be possible: instead of focusing on
yourself and your own interests toward social responsibility and partnership.
This means that their production will be subordinate to the need of the
construction of a new global economy which will be conscious of her role
of the creation of ethical and ecologically sustainable norms, as a precondition
of a justified further development of society as well as the mankind
in general. This will lead to that toward which, obviously, the whole world
should strive: global, actually democratized civil society aware of the consequences
of irrational spending of resources, and the need for creating
conditions for survival of the species, i.e. for raising bioethical consciousness
in every individual. This kind of economy will be achieved only if
every management will be directed by bioethical consciousness.
