excludes all liability to the Customer and any third party which may arise out of or in connection with termination of the Services whether in contract, tort, or
otherwise and including direct loss and indirect loss (including loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity or any other consequential loss or any cost
relating to any interruption of the Customer’s or any other party’s business) incurred by the Customer or any third party.

loss (including loss of profit, goodwill or business opportunity or any other consequential loss or any cost relating to any interruption of the Customer’s or
any other party’s business) incurred by the Customer or any third party.
