A statisztikai munkacsoport összegyűjti és rendszerezi
a hamisítással kapcsolatban rendelkezésre álló
hivatalos statisztikákat, ajánlást készít az Országos
Statisztikai Adatgyűjtési Program tekintetében javasolt
változtatásokra és hatékonyabb statisztikai
módszertan kidolgozását segíti elő a hamisítás gazdasági
következményeinek pontosabb méréséhez.
Az MSZH gondozásában üzemel a HENT honlapja
(www.hamisitasellen.hu), amely gazdag híranyagot
tartalmaz, és tájékoztatást nyújt a HENT te vé -
keny ségéről, aktuális kampányairól.

be answered. The alliance formed by the players of the Hungarian film industry in the fight against piracy
is well reflected by the “Declaration for the legal distribution of Hungarian films” published by the eminent
representatives of the Hungarian film industry in December. Since December the Board has sent daily
newsletters to the workers of the Hungarian press, which gives information about the consequences of
counterfeiting and provides domestic and foreign news about the efforts made and the results in the fight
against counterfeiting.
One of the priorities of the 2009 campaigns is the formation of young people’s way of thinking. As part of
changing their attitude in terms of raising awareness among them regarding copyrights, a fine arts
competition will be held for secondary school students in 2009 March on the theme of “Counterfeiting as
I see it – My creation, my property”. The award-winning works of art will be exhibited. The general public
attitude towards intellectual property and counterfeiting will be demonstrated by the ongoing public opinion
poll, the results of which due in April 2009 will be integrated into the Country Report on the application of
the Enforcement Directive.
At the end of last year the NBAC made the preparations for a campaign focusing on the economic and health
care problems resulting from the counterfeit of medical products. The campaign will be conducted in
cooperation with the representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, and will focus on informing the public
–through medical consultation rooms, pharmacies, and gyms as well as via the internet – about the dangers
of counterfeit medical products and fake dietary supplements.
The Working Group on Statistical Data Collection collects and systematises the available official statistics
on counterfeiting, prepares recommendations for changes to certain elements of the National Program for
Statistical Data Collection and assists in the elaboration of a more effective statistical methodology so that
the consequences of counterfeiting for the economy can be defined more accurately.

in news and provides information about the activities and the current campaigns of the National Board
Against Counterfeiting.
