Terms & Conditions
1. DriveTrack Fleet Card is a Convenient payment card for efficient management of your fleet operated by Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation Limited (HPCL).
2. Members of DriveTrack rewards programme earn Drivestars rewards points on their purchases.
3. DriveTrack Fleet Card programme is a unique fleet management tool designed for the efficient management of your fleet.
Membership & Enrolment
1. A Company with a fleet size of minimum 2 vehicles can enroll into the DriveTrack Programme.
2. The annual membership fee is Rs. 500 for up to 5 vehicles, and Rs. 50 per additional vehicle, also payable annually.
3. Any indivial designated by the member for using the DriveTrack Fleet Card must be above 18years of age.
4. Fleet can comprise all types of vehicles.
5. The DriveTrack Fleet Card can be used for the purchase of products and services available at participating HPCL petrol pumps.
6. This application form will be invalid if it is incomplete or unsigned.
7. Membership to the DriveTrack Programme is at the discretion of HPCL.
8. Applicants will receive their DriveTrack Cards within 21 days.
9. In case come of card, a fresh application ca be made for replacement, on payment of Rs. 50 per card.
10. All cards come with a PIN security feature which is activated on first time usage.
11. Any liability arising out of card loss, misuse or out of sharing of PIN consciously or otherwise, would render the member liable for
all losses.
12. The loss of the card should be immediately reported to the Call Centre which will arrange to hotlist the card within 48 hours.
However, HPCL will not be liable for any misuse whatsoever during the interim period.
13. Non-recall of the PIN is the member’s responsibility. HPCL must be intimated in writing, following which it will disable the lost PIN
and issue a new one.
14. Please email us at drivetrack@hpcl.co.in or call 1-600-221-222 about any change of information as provided in the DriveTarck
Application Form.
15. The DriveTarck Programme will be in operation till such time as HPCL decides to terminate the programme at any time, with or
without notice.
16. Membership to the DriveTarck Programme is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
17. All communication will be mailed to the mailing address given in the application form and it is the responsibility of the member to
call 1-600-221-222 or email us at drivetrack@hpcl.co.in about any changes in the address.
18. HPCl will not responsible for any communciation not received by the member.
19. Information provided by the member in the application form can be used by HPCL for marketing activities, with due confidentiality.
Use of DriveTarck Fleet Card
1. The card must be loaded by members at any of the participating HPCL petrol pumps.
2. The minimum load amount is Rs. 250 per card. Any additional load amount be in multiples of Rs. 50, i.e. Rs. 300, Rs 350, Rs.
400, etc.
3. The maximum load amount for each card is Rs. 1 Lakh.
4. The load amount for each card must be deposited IN CASH at any participating HPCL petrol pump.
5. Maximum daily cash limit for purchase per card is Rs. 25,000.
Accrual of reward points
1. The list of participating DriveTrack outlets can change at any time, without notice. Additions and deletions to the list of
participating outlets will be communicated form time to time.
2. Drivestars can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the terms & conditions of the programme.
3. Drivestars will be earned as per programme rules which can change at any time.
4. Drivestars will be valid for a period of 3 years form the date of cardissuance.
5. Drivestars earned on any number of DriveTrack cards owned by the corporate will be clubbed.
6. Drivestars cannot exchange for cash ay any point of time. These Drivestars may only be redeemed for rewards or benefits as per
the terms & conditions of the DriveTrack Fleet Card Programme
7. Drivestars can be redeemed for rewards only by the authorized representative of the company.
8. Members cannot transfer, sell or assign Drivestars or benefits to any other entity in violation of programme rules. HPCL will be
free to take any action as it may deem fir in such cases.
9. In cases a member has not been credited with Drivestars for any transaction, he or she must inform HPCl in writing, enclosing the
original invoice of the card transaction. The request must be made within 4 months form the date of transaction.
10. In the interest of the member, he or she should retain all original documents until the Drivestars earned are reflected in the points
accrual statement.

Accidental Dealth Insurance Cover
1. Your DriveTrack Fleet Card comes with a free Accidental Dealth Insurance Policy form the National Insurance Co. Ltd.
2. The policy covers the driver whosoever was driving the vehicle for which the fleet card was issued provide the card was active in
the previous month.
3. The compensation is payable only when the vehicle meets with an accident resulting in death of the driver.
4. The insurance cover will be valid for period of one year from the date of issue of the DriveTrack Fleet Card.
5. The maximum benefit in respect of the driver is restricted to the sum insured of Rs. 1 lakh even if the driver is carrying more than
one card.
6. There should have been minimum / reload transaction in the pervious month for a sum of Rs. 10,000.
General
1. HPCL can discontinue DriveTrack membership to any member who violates the terms and conditions of the programme or any
portion of the programme, including redemption of rewards. HPCL also reserves the right to discontinue membership of any
member whose actions are inconsistent with local or state laws, statutes or ordinances, In such cases, members will lose all
accumulated Driverstars as well as rewards, benefits and privileges.
2. HPCL reserves the right to interpret the programme rules at its sole discretion.
3. If a member does not earn Drivestars for 6 consecutive months, he or she may be removed form the list of active members after
being duly informed of the same.
4. The Programme rules can be changed, modified or deleted by HPCL at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though
changes may affect the value of Drivestars or rewards already accumulated. HPCL may increase or decrease the number of
Drivestars required to claim a reward, or limit the number of participating outlets for a particular reward.
5. The DriveTrack programme rules do not contractual relationship between HPCL and the member.
6. The DriveTrack programme rules cannot be construed as establishing as agency, partnership or joint venture between HPCL
and the members.
7. HPCL expects every member to be knowledgeable about the programme rules and the number of Drivestars in his or her
account. Members will be advised on matters of interest, including notification
8. In case of cancellation of the card, no amount is refundable.
9. Terms & Conditions of the DriveTrack Programme are governed by the laws of the Republic of India and will be restricted to
the Mumbai jurisdiction under the Mumbai Court.
