<strong>Dear</strong> <strong>Alumni</strong>,<br />
I <strong>hope</strong> <strong>this</strong> <strong>letter</strong> <strong>finds</strong> <strong>all</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>you</strong> <strong>doing</strong> <strong>well</strong>. I <strong>am</strong> pleased to tell <strong>you</strong> that we will<br />
be holding our 2 nd Annual <strong>Alumni</strong> Baseb<strong>all</strong> G<strong>am</strong>e on Saturday (October 10 th ) before the<br />
Homecoming Footb<strong>all</strong> G<strong>am</strong>e @ 10:30<strong>am</strong>. After the g<strong>am</strong>e we will continue the<br />
festivities with a BBQ.<br />
We <strong>hope</strong> to build on our first alumni g<strong>am</strong>e that we had last year. It was a<br />
fantastic time and we <strong>hope</strong> to build on its success. This is a time for everyone to get back<br />
together and reflect upon our past experiences while being able to catch up with one<br />
another. You will be able to meet our current players and see what is happening with our<br />
progr<strong>am</strong> today.<br />
We will also be holding a golf outing on Friday (October 9 th ) @ 12pm. We will<br />
be playing a scr<strong>am</strong>ble at White Oaks Golf Course, located in Hillsdale. If <strong>you</strong> are<br />
interested in participating in the golf outing we will send <strong>you</strong> more information.<br />
The alumni g<strong>am</strong>e will start with a homerun derby. The cost will be $10 for 5<br />
swings. The winner <strong>of</strong> the derby will take home half <strong>of</strong> the pot.<br />
To participate in both the alumni g<strong>am</strong>e and golf outing we would ask for a<br />
donation. The cost would be $40 to participate in the alumni g<strong>am</strong>e, $25 for the golf<br />
outing, or $60 to play in both. This donation will be used for our 2010 spring trips to<br />
Florida. Since we will not have a true spring break for the 2010 season, we will be taking<br />
two trips to Florida over the winter weekends. We would appreciate an RSVP on or<br />
