NOTE 13 - EMPLOYEE SHARE-OWNERSHIP PLANS
13.1 EMPLOYEE PROFIT-SHARING AND INCENTIVE PLAN AGREEMENTS
Under these agreements, employees of SCOR SE and certain subsidiaries are entitled to invest the amounts due to
them under the profit-sharing and incentive plans in a closed-end investment fund entirely invested in SCOR SE stock.
