Follow the A158 towards Lincoln. After passing
through Sudbrooke and North Greetwell, go straight
across the first roundabout onto Bunkers Hill passing

until you reach the second set of traffic lights with

first turning over the river bridge immediately before
the pedestrian bridge. Travel along this road, with
the river on your left - Beech House and Oak House
are the last buildings on your right, about 1/2 mile
along this road.
From the North East (A46 Grimsby)
Follow the A46 towards Lincoln. You will pass
signs for Lincoln Police Headquarters on your left.
At the first roundabout, turn left and then right at
the following roundabout onto Bunkers Hill.

By Rail
If on foot from the rail station. turn right out of
the station and walk East along St Mary’s Street.
Continue to follow the road as it bends around
to the left, underneath the large road bridge.
Pass the Siemens site and turn right along the
riverside (Waterside South), without crossing the
river. Beech House and Oak House are the last
buildings on your right, about 1/2 mile along
this road.
