adjacent to each other, and are located<br />

on the south side of the River Witham.<br />

It is about a 10-15 minute walk (mostly<br />

along the river) from Lincoln Central rail<br />

station. The nearest available carpark is<br />

highlighted on Rumbold St.<br />

How to get to us...<br />

By Road<br />

From the North<br />

left hand lane until you reach the second set of<br />

From the A15 or A46 take the 1st Left at the<br />

traffic lights with the New Life Church on your left.<br />

A46 roundabout, follow the signs for the A15<br />

Go straight over and follow this road, which<br />

Sleaford/Lincoln. Take the 2nd Exit at the roundabout becomes Mint Street then Silver Street, through<br />

From the South East (A15 Peterborough)<br />

Groom Pub directly in front of you and the Lincoln<br />

Homestead Pub on your right hand side.<br />

University Bridge on your right. Turn left at the<br />

This is the start of the one-way system. Follow the<br />

road round onto Bank Street and turn right at the<br />

T-junction onto Silver Street. Keep in right hand lane<br />

over the first set of traffic lights (pedestrian crossing)<br />

and you will then be approaching the next set of<br />

traffic lights, at the major junction with Broadgate.<br />

Turn right, moving into the left hand lane and take<br />

the fourth turning on your left - Waterside South.<br />

immediately before the pedestrian bridge. Travel<br />

along this road, with the river on your left - <strong>Beech</strong><br />

<strong>House</strong> and <strong>Oak</strong> <strong>House</strong> are the last buildings on your<br />

right, about 1/2 mile along this road.<br />

From the East (A158 Skegness)<br />

Follow the A158 towards Lincoln. After passing<br />

through Sudbrooke and North Greetwell, go straight<br />

across the first roundabout onto Bunkers Hill passing<br />

the Lincolnshire Poacher on your left, carry on<br />

until you reach the second set of traffic lights with<br />

Focus on your left, stay in the right hand lane.<br />

Go straight across onto Wragby Road and carry<br />

along this road until you reach a set of traffic lights<br />

with Tesco on your left. Staying in the right hand<br />

lane go straight over at these traffic lights. Then<br />

move into the left hand lane at the next set of traffic<br />

lights and go straight over. Follow this road until you<br />

come to a crossroads with another set of traffic lights<br />

with the Peacock Pub on your right hand side.<br />

Go straight across down Lindum Road and stay in<br />

the left hand lane until you reach another set of<br />

traffic lights, at the major junction with Broadgate.<br />

Go straight over these lights and take the fourth<br />

turning on your left - Waterside South. This is the<br />

first turning over the river bridge immediately before<br />

the pedestrian bridge. Travel along this road, with<br />

the river on your left - <strong>Beech</strong> <strong>House</strong> and <strong>Oak</strong> <strong>House</strong><br />

are the last buildings on your right, about 1/2 mile<br />

along this road.<br />

From the North East (A46 Grimsby)<br />

Follow the A46 towards Lincoln. You will pass<br />

signs for Lincoln Police Headquarters on your left.<br />

At the first roundabout, turn left and then right at<br />

the following roundabout onto Bunkers Hill.<br />

Follow the directions given From the East (A158<br />

Skegness).<br />

By Rail<br />

If on foot from the rail station. turn right out of<br />

the station and walk East along St Mary’s Street.<br />

Continue to follow the road as it bends around<br />

to the left, underneath the large road bridge.<br />

Pass the Siemens site and turn right along the<br />

riverside (Waterside South), without crossing the<br />

river. <strong>Beech</strong> <strong>House</strong> and <strong>Oak</strong> <strong>House</strong> are the last<br />

buildings on your right, about 1/2 mile along<br />

this road.
