For the Workforce Housing Reward
Program, grants in the amounts shown
were awarded to localities that issued
building permits during the prior
calendar year for housing units that will
be affordable to very low and low
income households. The grants may
be used for a variety of capital
development activities such as traffic
improvements, parks, libraries,
schools, community centers, police or
fire stations.
