HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Views at 270 A California Department of Housing and Community Development Multifamily Housing Program Award made possible by Proposition 46 housing bond funds. The Views at 270 is located at the corner of Western Avenue and Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles, California and consists of 56 affordable apartment homes that are above a 13,000 square foot commercial parcel that is leased by Walgreen's Drug Store. The Views is Hollywood Community Housing Corporation's first mixed-use development. No other non-profit affordable housing developer has partnered with a for-profit commercial developer in quite this way.
